Erik Deckers, President
Erik (he/him) has co-authored four books on social media marketing, including Branding Yourself and No Bullshit Social Media, as well as his first novel, Mackinac Island Nation, the first chapter of which was his submission for his Kerouac residency.

William Jones, Treasurer
William is actively involved in the Orlando community, currently serving on the Advisory Board of the Rollins College – Hamilton Holt School. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer for the Jack Kerouac Project of Orlando, Inc.

Brett Pribble, Residency Director
Brett (he/him) has taught creative writing at Full Sail University since 2006. His stories have appeared in such places as Stirring: A Literary Collection, decomP, Saw Palm, The Molotov Cocktail, Maudlin House, BULL magazine, Bright Flash Literary Review, and Five of the Fifth. He is the editor-in-chief of Ghost Parachute, a flash fiction magazine.

Genevieve Tyrrell, Chief of Operations
Genevieve (she/her) is a mixed media artist, editorial illustrator, creative writer, and editor. Her visual art has appeared in The Rumpus, Smokelong Quarterly, and Animal: A Beast of a Literary Magazine. Her writing has been published in Creative Nonfiction, The Rumpus, Blood and Thunder: Musings on the Art of Medicine, Hippocampus, Linden Review, and Carve Magazine. She is also an assistant editor for Ghost Parachute.

Arielle Haughee, Secretary
Previously an elementary teacher, Arielle Haughee (Hoy) (she/her) is a seven-time RPLA-winning author, editor, speaker, and publisher. She is the owner of the small press Orange Blossom Publishing and was previously the Executive Vice President and Marketing Chair for the Florida Writers Association. She was honored with the President’s Award from FWA in 2020, and in 2021 Pling’s Party was awarded Children’s Book of the Year. She is also the recipient of a Purple Dragonfly Award for Piper and a Moonbeam Children’s Book Award for Sixth Sunday.

Ciera McElroy
Ciera (she/her) is the author of Atomic Family, named a 2023 Great Group Read by the Women's National Book Association and short-listed for the VCU Cabell First Novelist Award. She lives in the Midwest, where she writes and runs Clover & Bee, a boutique film marketing agency.

Alex Gurtis
Alex Gurtis (he/ him) is a poet and critic whose work has appeared in Autofocus, Barrelhouse, HAD, Rejection Letters, Saw Palm, and The Shore among others. A Ruth Weiss Foundation Maverick Poet Award Finalist, Alex received his MFA from the University of Central Florida. He is the co-founder of Zeppelin Books.

John King
John King (he/ his) is the author of the postmodern adventure novel Guy Psycho and the Ziggurat of Shame, published by Beating Windward Press in 2019. His creative work has appeared in Gargoyle Magazine, Painted Bride Quarterly Annual, Turnrow, and more. He is the host of The Drunken Odyssey: A Podcast About the Writing Life, which has appeared on recommended podcast lists at The Millions, Book Riot, Reedsy, and others.

Tamra Martin
Tamra Artelia Martin is an author, editor, English professor, ghostwriter, and writing consultant. Martin is a USA Today Bestselling author of interracial and multicultural Romance. She has an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Central Florida and has taken courses in playwriting and scriptwriting at Lesley University. Martin lives in the Orlando area and currently teaches at Full Sail University.

Logan Anderson
Logan (he/ him) holds a BA Liberal Arts from The University of Central Florida. Seeing the potential one medium has on another is a big part of his interdisciplinary and multimodal approach. He’s served the Fusion Fest Steering committee since 2017, where the creation of the Virtual World for the 2020 festival garnered both a Silver International Davey Award and a MUSE Platinum Award in 2021 for Borinquén at FusionFest 2020.

Moriah Russo
Moriah Russo (she/ her) is a curator, art writer, and organizer based in Orlando, Florida. She holds a BA from Rollins College in Art History and Studio Art. Moriah has co-curated the semiannual publication and exhibit of feminist art, AGENCIES, facilitated community workshops and meet-ups for the annual Orlando Zine Fest, and contributed freelance arts coverage for the Orlando Weekly and other local publications over the past decade.
